payment throu paypal is easiest for me ^^Time expectation depends on what exactly it is but most commissions take me approx 1-2 weeks to finishpayment goes;
I draw up a detailed sketch, payment (either full or half), then i finish it (second half if there) and send it though. This way is safer for both of us.
